Way Maker - Stretching & Worship

Writer's picture: Brandy GainorBrandy Gainor

Last week I was able to discuss Spiritual and Physical Wellness with ladies from my church. At the end of our time together, we gently stretched to Way Maker.

There are so many ways you can enjoy and use this video:

  • I recommend watching and stretching with this video at the end of a workout.

  • It is also a great stretching and breathing exercise to do when you are feeling stressed, anxious, or if you are carrying and holding tension!

  • You can also end the day with it!

  • There are no limits! Let me know how you use it!

Isaiah 43:11, "I, I am the Lord, and besides me there is NO Savior."

The Lord is the Way Maker, the Miracle Worker, the Promise Keeper, and the Light in the Darkness! Only the Lord is the Savior. This is a great song to move your body in gentle stretching and worship and proclaim that He is the Way Maker!!!

Let me know if you give it a try!
