Kickboxing Intervals

Writer's picture: Brandy GainorBrandy Gainor

Kickboxing is a great way to get in some good cardio! Kickboxing can be low impact--meaning, this is a great way to have a cardio workout that might be easier on your knees, joints, back, and body than running, jumping, and other workouts. Give it a try!

In this workout, I show a few options in these intervals so that you can see how to take up the intensity if you want or how you can lower the impact or intensity if needed. Make this workout yours!

Work hard, fight hard, and remember some of these verses we unpack in the workout...

  • "The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent." Exodus 14:14

  • "Our God will fight for us." Nehemiah 4:20

  • "Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight." Nehemiah 4:14

  • "Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses." 1 Timothy 6:12
